Cyprus August 2016: Nissan Qashqai reclaims YTD lead

The Nissan Qashqai is the best-selling nameplate in Cyprus so far in 2016.

Thanks to our partnership with SEMO Cyprus and INNOSOFT, today is the day for the Cyprus market update. August sales are up 18% year-on-year to 779 units, lifting the year-to-date tally up 33% to 8.766 deliveries. The Nissan Qashqai reclaims the year-to-date lead it held back in 2014 with 488 sales, edging past the VW Golf (478) and the Ford Fiesta (468), leader in August like last year. The Toyota RAV4 (#3), Nissan Juke (#4), Honda CR-V (#7), Renault Captur (#8) and Hyundai Tucson (#9) make August the month of SUVs in Cyprus.
