Estonia July 2016: Skoda Octavia resumes domination, Peugeot shines

The Skoda Octavia is the best-selling model in Estonia in July.

For the second year in a row, the Estonian new car market is almost still: from 1.942 units in 2014 to 1.945 in 2015 and 1.947 in 2016. The year-to-date tally is now up 11% on 2015 to 14.099. Brand-wise, Toyota remains the most popular by far with 14.7% share, above Skoda at 11.4%, Volkswagen at 9.2% and Renault at 7.4%, replicating the year-to-date order. Peugeot soars 6 spots on June to #5, Ford is up 2 to #10 and Citroen up 4 to #12. Model-wise, the Skoda Octavia reclaims the top spot it holds year-to-date with a strong 6.8% share, distancing the Toyota Auris (4.5%) and Avensis (4.3%). The VW Golf is up 13 spots on June to #4, the Toyota RAV4 up 10 to #5, the Renault Scenic up 5 to #7, the Peugeot 308 up 11 to #13 and the Audi Q5 up 32 to #16.
