Slovakia July 2015: Skoda Fabia confirms leadership

Slight delay for Slovakian data, but better late than never: the new car market is up 4% year-on-year in July to 7.608 registrations, bringing the year-to-date total to 47.939 units, also up 4% on 2014. The Skoda Fabia holds onto its newfound leadership thanks to 6.8% share, well above the Octavia (5%) and Rapid (4.6%) while the Hyundai i30 (3%) zooms past both the Kia Cee’d and VW Golf to take the year-to-date foreign models lead at 1.378 units. The Toyota RAV4 is up a gigantic 39 spots on June to break into the Slovakia Top 10 at #9, the Dacia Sandero is up 20 to #11, the Peugeot 308 up 25 to #14 and the Mitsubishi ASX up 16 to #17.
