Finland March 2014: Kia Rio up to 4th place

Shy increase in Finland this month: up 1.6% year-on-year to 9,549 registrations, bringing the year-to-date total to 30,316 units, up 11% on 2013. For the 8th time in the last 10 months, the Skoda Octavia is the best-selling vehicle in Finland thanks to 559 sales and 5.9%, up 83% year-on-year and reinforcing its lead in the year-to-date charts. The VW Golf remains #2, up an impressive 36% on March 2013, while the Nissan Qashqai rounds up the podium. The star of the month is the Kia Rio, up 4 spots on February and 110% year-on-year to #4 with 341 sales and 3.6% share. Notice also the Honda Civic up 11 ranks to #16 and the Opel Mokka up 138% to #22.
