Central & Eastern Europe 2008: Dacia Logan resists Skoda assault

Even though sales in Romania are starting to decrease, the Dacia Logan manages to stay on top of the Central & Eastern European models ranking for the 4th consecutive year in 2008 with 75,858 sales and 5.9% but the two favourite Skodas are not far and for the first time the Octavia sells better: it ranks #2 with 71,105 units and 5.5% just above the Fabia at 70,062 sales and 5.4%.
Far below we find the Ford Focus (2.6%), Renault Clio (2.5%) and Kia Cee’d (2.3%). Note Central & Eastern Europe figures include Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.
