Skoda Popular “Monte Carlo”

The Czech new car market is up 10.8% year-on-year in 1937 to 11,141 units. We have a big event in pole position: Skoda (+40.9%) dethrones Tatra (+3.9%) to take a clear lead of the charts with 34% share vs. 26.4% for Tatra. Praga (-3.1%) stays in third place above Aero (+23.7%) and Z (-11.3%). Ford (+16%) and Studebaker (+1.4%) dominate foreign brands.
