Bosnia & Herzegovina Full Year 2017: Renault Clio first non-Skoda #1 in at least a decade

Thanks to our Central European market data partner CE Auto, we can share with you today annual 2017 sales data for Bosnia & Herzegovina, a market up a vigorous 11.2% year-on-year to 10.253 registrations. For the first time since BSCB has been following Bosnian sales in 2008, it’s not a Skoda atop the annual models ranking: instead, the Renault Clio triumphs thanks to deliveries up a whopping 29% on 2016 to 5.2% share. It was close: the Skoda Octavia, leader from 2012 to 2016, ends the year just 7 units below the Clio… The VW Golf (-24%) is also knocked down one spot to #3 while the Opel Astra (+3%) remains at #4. Both the Skoda Fabia (+25%) and VW Caddy (+29%) gain two ranks to #5 and #6 respectively, toppling the VW Passat (-7%) and Skoda Rapid (+8%), the VW Polo (#10) makes it seven VAG nameplates in Bosnian Top 10 like in 2016 while the Hyundai Tucson (#9) replaces the Opel Corsa inside the annual Top 10.
