The Argentinian new vehicle market rebounds back up 17% year-on-year in November to 58.078 registrations, lifting the year-to-date tally up 10% to 653.878. Renault is starting to get a handle on the Argentinian brands pole position, achieving this feat for the fourth time in the past six months after June, August and October thanks to sales soaring 35% to 9.287 and 16% share vs. 13.4% year-to-date. The French manufacturer is now 3rd year-to-date below Volkswagen (-11% in November), Chevrolet (+26%) but above Ford (+13%). Honda (+159%), Chery (+35%), Jeep (up 16-fold thanks to the Renegade), Hyundai (+263%), BMW (+628%), Audi (+113%), Kia (+54%), Volvo (+90%) and Smart (up 17-fold) all post spectacular gains. In the models charts, below the Toyota Hilux sovereign once again at 2.163 deliveries, the Toyota Etios becomes the best-selling passenger car in the country for the very first time thanks to a smashing 2.001 sales. It now ranks 5th year-to-date below the HIlux, Fiat Palio and VW Gol.
