Venezuela August 2016: Ford holds 86% of market at standstill

The Ford Explorer is the best-selling vehicle in Venezuela so far in 2016.

Venezuelan new car sales are still on stand-by at -83% to just 194 sales in August, pulling the year-to-date market down 85% to 2.091 units. The market would amount to just 27 sales if it weren’t for Ford, keeping the whole country alive with new cars at 167 deliveries and 86% share. The Ford Explorer, F-250, F-350, Ecosport and Fiesta are the best-sellers this month.
