Cyprus May 2015: Nissan Qashqai reclaims year-to-date leadership

Thanks to data provided by SEMO Cyprus and analysed by INNOSOFT, we can share with you today May sales in Cyprus: the market is up 8% year-on-year to 843 registrations, bringing the year-to-date total to 3.934 units, up a solid 10% on 2014. Biased by a bulk delivery to rental companies in March, the Kia Rio had taken the year-to-date lead in Cyprus but the Nissan Qashqai reclaims its throne this month thanks to 66 sales and 7.8% share, adding up to 238 deliveries at 6% so far in 2015 vs. 227 and 5.8% for the Kia Rio. The Range Rover Evoque remains at a world-best 4th place, and the Nissan Juke (#5), Hyundai ix35 (#6), Ford Kuga (#7), Toyota RAV4 (#9) and VW Tiguan (#10) complete a Top 10 extremely strong in SUVs.
