USA: 1999-2009 Historical Data now available

2003 Ford F-Series

I have now uploaded Historical US models ranking going back to 1999. From 1999 to 2002 you have access to a year-end Top 10 or 20 and from 2003 onwards at least a Top 50 plus each and every monthly Ranking!

This decade showed the best and worst of truck sales: the Ford F-Series broke its year-end volume record in 2004 at 939,511 units, then broke its monthly record in July 2005 at an amazing 126,905 units, but finished the decade at a paltry 413,625 sales.

2006 Chevrolet Silverado

The Chevrolet Silverado finished #2 each year bar 2009, broke its monthly volume record in June 2005 at 109,359 sales, hovering around 650,000 annual units up until 2006 to then drop to 316,544 sales and 3rd place in 2009.

1999 Toyota Camry

Other regular fixtures are the Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. 2007 Toyota Tundra

This decade was also the time Toyota came closest to cracking the truck market, with its enormous Tundra breaking into the overall Top 10 for a few months in 2007. It is also the time when hybrid cars reached the masses, with the Toyota Prius ranking within the year-end Top 20 from 2007 onwards and making a couple of appearances in the monthly Top 10…
