I have now completed a review of the Brazilian market going back to 1954.

Witness the domination of the VW Beetle (called Fusca in Brazil) from 1954 through the sixties and seventies… Explore the 1980’s ‘malaise’ with the Fiat 147 and Chevrolet Monza best sellers… Go through the 23-year reign of the VW Gol, only interrupted by the Fiat Uno in 1994 but challenged by two other Fiats: the Tipo in 1995 and the Palio since 1996.
