Turkey LCV’s Full Year 2010: Fiat Doblo triumphs

Very rare to come across, Light Commercial Vehicle sales in Turkey are very significant because even though the LCV market is roughly half the size of the passenger car market (251,129 registrations, +34%), higher market shares mean LCV best sellers are actually the best-selling vehicles in the country.

The Fiat Doblo is on top for at least the 5th consecutive year with 33,686 sales and 13.4%, including 6,974 sales (14.3%) in December. The Ford Transit Connect is #2 with 32,397 sales (12.9%) ahead of its big brother Ford Transit at 29,635 sales (11.8%), with the Fiat Fiorino the last model above 10% share with 26,889 registrations (10.7%). The best-selling passenger car, the Renault Symbol, is at 28,667 sales.
