Denmark 2002: Peugeot 206 and 307 on top, Citroen C5 up to #3

Total reshuffle atop the Danish models ranking this year, with the Peugeot 206 taking the leadership position for the first time in the country with 6,808 sales, up 29% on 2001. To complete a very successful year for Peugeot, the 307 is up from virtually nowhere to #2 for its first full year of sales at 6,088 units, up 151%.

Citroen C5

The Citroen C5 manages to claw its way onto the podium with 4,839 sales (+24%) possibly the only country in the world it does so! The Ford Mondeo is down from #1 to #4 while the Peugeot 406 drops 2 spots to #5. Notice the Skoda Fabia up to #7 and the Nissan Primera up 166% to #11.

    Peugeot 206 & 307 were big hits in Greece the very same year. 206 at #2 and 307 at #3 (from #34 in 2001)! An unusual success for Peugeot in Greece.
