The VW T-Roc is the best-selling vehicle in Spain for the first time in April. The Spanish new car market falls another -12.1% year-on-year in April to 69,111 units, leading to a year-to-date volume off -11.8% to 233,509. The main culprit in this month and year's fall is sales to rental companies, d
