Moldova March 2019: Dacia Duster takes control

The Dacia Duster takes the lead both in March and YTD in Moldova.

Thanks to our partnership with Eastern European data specialist CE Auto, we can share with you today March sales for Moldova, a market down -14.9% year-on-year to 486 units, leading to a Q1 volume edging up 1.3% to 1.384. This month the Dacia Duster (+83.3%) surges to pole position with a dominating 11.3% share vs. 7% for the Hyundai Tucson (-5.6%) and 5.8% for the Dacia Logan (-28.2%), which also earns the Duster the YTD top spot with 10.5% share vs. 9.6% for the long-running leader Dacia Logan. The Kia Sportage (+52.9%) and Toyota RAV4 (+28.6%) also shine in the Top 10.
