Bulgaria February 2019: Dacia (+35.2%) holds onto top spot in market edging up

Dacia remains the most popular carmaker in Bulgaria.

The Bulgarian new car market stabilises in February at +0.3% to 3.136 registrations, leading to a year-to-date volume up 3.5% to 6.582. Dacia (+35.2%) posts a fantastic score to improve its footprint on the market to 13.1% share, eclipsing Renault (-7.5%) once again to remain in front. Skoda (-9.3%) underperforms in third place while Citroen (+79.4%), Toyota (+31.5%), Volkswagen (+20.1%), Mercedes (+14.8%) and Peugeot (+11.1%) all shine with double-digit gains in the remainder of the Top 10. Below, Jeep (+750%), Suzuki (+191.4%), Fiat (+159.1%), Volvo (+113%), Seat (+109.1%) and Hyundai (+54.9%) all impress.
