Estonia September 2015: Nissan Qashqai takes off

The Nissan Qashqai is the best-selling vehicle in Estonia in September.

The Estonian new car market posts a tiny growth rate in September at +0.8% year-on-year to 1.846 registrations, bringing the year-to-date total to 16.125 units, up an equally small 0.3% or 43 sales on the same period in 2014. Toyota remains the most popular manufacturer in the country with 13.9% share but this month Nissan jumps back up 3 spots to #2 overall with 12.2% of the market vs. 8.3% year-t-date, overtaking Skoda (11.4%) while Honda is also up 3 ranks to #4. Over in the models aisle, the Nissan Qashqai takes off at a very strong 7.1% market share above the Toyota Avensis (4.2%), Auris (3.8%) and Skoda Octavia (3.8%), while the Suzuki Jimmy leaps back into the Top 10 and the Hyundai Tucson lands at #16.
