According to Wikipedia, the two main islands of Samoa are Upolu where the capital city Apia and the Faleolo International Airport are located, and Savai’i, one of the biggest islands in Polynesia. The Samoan Islands were was called “Navigator Islands” by European explorers before the 20th century because of the Samoans’ seafaring skills.
