The Agya and Ayla are Toyota’s answer to the new Indonesian Government Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) regulation which exempts from the luxury tax models made up from at least 60% domestic components, priced between Rp 50 million and 85 million with a maximum displacement of 1,200cc and fuel efficiency of at least 20 km/l.
