Latvia July 2013: VW Golf reclaims pole postion year-to-date

Stable new car market in Latvia in July at 1,121 registrations, bringing the year-to-date total to 7,198 units, down 6% on 2012. Leader in 2012 but lagging behind the Peugeot 3008 up until now, the VW Golf manages to take the lead of the Latvian models ranking both in July thanks to 38 sales and 3.4% share and year-to-date at 280 units and 3.9% vs. 272 for the Peugeot 3008, outside the Top 30 this month with just 9 sales. The Peugeot 5008 jumps from outside the Top 30 last month to #2, the VW Tiguan is up 25 spots to #4, the Toyota RAV4 up 15 to #5, Fiat 500 up to #6, Kia Cee’d up to #10 and Fiat 500L up to #14.
