Denmark May 2015: VW Up leads, Suzuki Vitara in Top 20

The Danish new car market continues to evolve at record levels this year: up another 1% year-on-year in May to 17.061 registrations which lifts the 5 month-total to a best-ever 83.488 units, up 3% on 2014. The VW Up is the best-selling nameplate in the country for the 32nd time in the past 34 months with 697 sales and 4.1%, followed this month by the Toyota Aygo (+5), Ford Fiesta (+6), Renault Clio (+2) and Skoda Octavia (+9). The Kia Picanto is back up 13 ranks on April to #8, the Skoda Fabia breaks into the Top 10 thank to the new model and the Suzuki Vitara is up 14 spots to break into the Danish Top 20 for its 2nd full month in market.
