Slovakia October 2014: Suzuki SX4 surprise best-seller

7,854 new light vehicles found a buyer in Slovakia in October (one month delay for Slovakian data), bringing the year-to-date total to 65,328 units. Surprise atop the models ranking this month: the Suzuki SX4 (previous generation) surges 9 spots on October to land directly in pole position ahead of all the Skodas thanks to 464 sales and 5.9% share. It however remains #7 year-to-date. Below, the Skoda Octavia, Fabia and Rapid follow in the same order as the YTD ranking now that the Octavia reclaimed the YTD pole position off the Fabia. Notice also the Kia Rio up 5 ranks on October to #8, the Renault Clio up 7 to #10, the VW Golf Sportsvan up 11 to #19 and the Citroen C4 Cactus up 50 to #67.
