New Caledonia is a French overseas territory located North-East of Australia and in February 819 new vehicles found a buyer in the archipelago, down 9% year-on-year and bringing the year-to-date total to 1,716 units, down 1% on 2012. The Ford Ranger is more dominant than ever, hitting a remarkable 10.9% market share this month thanks to 89 sales. The 3 models on the February podium are the same as in the Full Year 2012 however not in the same order: the Toyota Hilux is #2 this month at 47 units and 5.7% while the Dacia Duster rounds up the podium with 37 units and 4.5% share.

The Renault Clio is up 6 spots on January to #4, the Kia Sportage is up 22 to #5, Citroen C3 up 12 to #6, Suzuki Swift up 2 to #7, Isuzu D-Max up 5 to #10 vs. #38 over the FY 2012, Kia Rio up 23 to #11, Chevrolet Spark up 30 to #15, Toyota Land Cruiser up 27 to #19, VW Amarok up 37 to #27 and the Ford F150 is up 41 ranks to #29.
